Return and Exchange Policy

This policy applies to purchases made through our official website.

Return Policy:

Store Credit Only: All returns are processed as store credit only. No refunds will be issued.

Time Frame: Return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving the product.

Return Conditions: All items must be in their original condition- unworn, unused, and unwashed with the original return tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Items with makeup stains, carrying any scent (perfume, etc.), customised orders, sale items, gift cards, store credits, and accessories cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of INR150 Rs, which will be deducted from the store credit provided upon approval.

Store Credit Validity: Store credits are valid up to 3 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended.

Refunds for Faulty Items:

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at [Contact@morphclo.com )with your order number and images of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter promptly.

Exchange Policy:

Time Frame: Easy exchange policy within 10 days of receiving the product.

Exchange Conditions: Exchanges must be made within 10 days from the delivery date.
